Marketing Specialist

Martha is the Marketing & Events Specialist at Top Floor, where she brings energy and creativity to every event she is a part of. From strategy and logistics to promotion and day-of execution, she’s hands-on throughout the entire process. She also manages Top Floor’s social media presence, supports design projects, and leads the charge on Top Floor’s external presence at trade shows and conferences, making her a key player on the marketing team.

When she’s not working, she is a busy mom to Dane and Emmy, wife to Casey, and cat mom to our two furballs, Norman and Luna. Martha is a cancer survivor and proudly supports the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation by spreading awareness and connecting with others in the community. She loves to move (running, walking, working out – you name it), she enjoys spending time outside, reading a good book, and finding creative ways to let her Aquarian energy shine.
