Ian’s unique work history, from working as first mate on the New England Aquarium Whale Watch to performing legal assistant work at a bio-medical patent law office, has set a strong foundation of customer service and attention to detail on which he has built his career. Before joining Top Floor, Ian was a lead operations manager for a national facility maintenance management company in Chicago. His experience working with Fortune 500 clients and scope-of-work development pairs well in his role as Digital Account Executive.
When he’s not working, you can find Ian enjoying time with his wife and 3-year-old daughter, hunting for vintage t-shirts, and reliving his 20s by going to an occasional punk rock show.
