Ian’s unique work history, from working as first mate on the New England Aquarium Whale Watch to performing legal assistant work at a Bio-Medical Patent Law office, has set a foundation of strong customer service and attention to detail on which he has built his career. Before joining Top Floor, Ian was a lead Operations Manager for a national facility maintenance company. His experience working with Fortune 500 clients and scope of work development has paired well in his role as Digital Account Executive. When he’s not working, you can find Ian hunting for vintage t-shirts online and in thrift stores.
