How many design revisions do you allow for?
Because every project is different, our designers are involved in the process from the very beginning. Our design team is great at asking you the right questions to ensure the designs we present will align with your vision. Are all your designers on staff?
Yes. We never outsource our work. Our design team works full-time and in-house. We believe in the value this brings when it comes to quality of work, effective communication, meeting project deadlines, and overall project success.
What assets do I need to supply?
Before the process beings, you’ll want to start gathering your company branding assets such as logo files, brand guidelines, fonts, and colors. We’ll ask you for credentials to your existing platforms, domain, DNS, or Google Analytics, if you have that information available. You should also start to think about content and images as that is one of the most time-consuming parts of the process. You can either supply all content and images or utilize our team to help with that portion as needed.
Do you offer web hosting services?
We do! All of our websites are hosted with our web hosting partner, Pantheon. If you build a website with us, we recommend that you host with us as well – as hosting is one of the main factors in website speed and can make or break a website’s success. However, we can build your website and have it be hosted elsewhere if needed and we will work to ensure that your selected partner is a viable option to ensure fast site speed.
Are all your websites custom built?
Yes, our websites are built custom for your specific business needs – we don’t use pre-built templates. Our custom website solutions allow you to easily make front-end updates that don’t rely on cumbersome ‘page builders’, resulting in a website that lasts longer over time. Plus, our custom websites establishes a robust online presence for your business that is unique to you.

Will we be able to make our own edits after the project is completed?
Our agency gives you the keys to your own castle after your website goes live. Our clients receive a one-hour training session on their CMS with one of our specialists either in-house or via conference call, and can receive a copy of a recorded version to refer back to. You’ll learn to navigate, modify, and change content on your own with confidence.
What support do you offer after the site goes live?
We include a 60 day warranty on every website we launch. If error corrections are needed due to our team’s error, they will be fixed at no charge. In addition to our website warranty, we offer tailored support as needed. If your website is hosted with us we will handle CMS version updates, any 3rd party plugin updates as well as security patches releases to ensure your website is secure. In addition, we offer support for any content and website changes as needed.

Our client kickoff meetings will typically take place at your facility to help us get a complete understanding of your organization. We’ll discuss your business goals, as well as your challenges. Afterward, our team gets right to work auditing your current state and the competitive landscape to construct a strategic 6-month SEO plan designed specifically for you. Following the setup process, we’ll meet with you again to talk through the SEO strategy, and begin executing your plan month by month.
How long does it take to see results?
The first part of the process is to determine what results will look like for your business, whether that’s an increase in traffic, ranking, or conversions. When we develop your SEO plan, we make sure to benchmark the current state, make estimates on the return for each tactic, and measure against those estimates to make sure we are moving in the right direction. Since SEO is an organic form of digital marketing, it’s unusual to see immediate progress. Our clients typically see results within 3-6 months.
How do you stay on top of SEO trends?
Our team is dedicated to continued digital marketing education. Every week, our SEO experts get together to research and learn about the latest and greatest trends, and understand how they can be applied to our clients. During these weekly lunch and learns, our SEO team will discuss algorithm updates, review client results or issues, partake in hands on training, and watch industry conference videos or webinars.
