What You'll Be Doing

As the Business Development Coordinator at Top Floor, your role will be working the “top of the funnel” to uncover sales opportunities.  Day-to-day responsibilities will consist of:

  • Promoting Top Floor’s seminar & webinar series to generate new leads
  • Planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns
  • Following up with warm leads who have attended an event, downloaded Top Floor whitepapers & resources, or connected with us through an association
  • Facilitating and participating in sales calls with prospects interested in learning more about Top Floor
  • Using Pardot, Salesforce, and to find and qualify prospects
  • Proposal development & RFPs
  • Representing Top Floor at associations and local events
  • Using social tools like Linkedin, Facebook, and Twitter to identify and act on sales opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a motivation to work hard
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing – or be willing to learn what you don’t know!

Valued Additions

A Plus, But Not Required

  • Previous knowledge of Salesforce & Pardot are a plus, but not required.
