What You'll Be Doing
Start your digital marketing career by learning from a group of talented and passionate specialists that focus on incorporating industry-leading tactics into their clients’ digital marketing strategy. Get exposure to a variety of disciplines including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Content Marketing. This entry-level position will work in a supporting role for our lead specialists while also gaining valuable experience through taking the lead on several accounts.
The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting with client work across various disciplines. Receive on-the-job training from experienced digital marketers across several disciplines.
Tasks include (but not limited to):
- Keyword Research
- On-site optimization
- Ad copy creation
- Google Ads campaign creation
- Content development (blogs, email, case studies, whitepapers, ebooks)
- Email marketing management
- Social media posts
- Client performance analysis – Google Analytics
- Monthly reporting
Job Requirements
Who We're Looking For
- 2 or 4-year degree from an accredited college or university. Preferred degree programs include: communications, journalism, advertising, marketing, business, information science, psychology, English/linguistics
- Office software suite – bonus for Excel wizards
- Strong writing & communication skills
- Analytical, critical thinker with creative problem-solving abilities
- Passionate about learning and technology
- Ambitious, self-starter personality
- Organized, efficient, detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong desire to grow personally and professionally
Valued Additions
A Plus, But Not Required
- Working knowledge of Drupal and WordPress content management systems
- Scripting knowledge a plus! (Javascript)
