What You'll Be Doing

As a Digital Account Strategist, you will be the driving force behind our client’s digital marketing campaigns, specifically within the industrial manufacturing sector. Your role will be pivotal in shaping strategies that align with our clients’ unique business objectives, leveraging your multi-channel marketing expertise to deliver exceptional results. The Strategist collaborates across the agency to guide overall marketing strategies and ensure the success of projects by utilizing our services in the best possible way.

  • Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
  • Strategic thinker, using customer and user insights and always keeping an eye on online behaviors and trends
  • Identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities within clients’ owned digital channels
  • Facilitate discussions with clients regarding ideas and advertising strategies and assists them in developing advertising campaigns.
  • Introduces recommendations regarding emerging digital and new technologies;
  • Works with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
  • Working knowledge of Paid and Earned digital channel roles and ability to brainstorm on cross-channel strategies with other digital experts in the agency
  • Expected to partner with our internal teams to support digital advertising initiatives
  • Effectively presents, sells, and defends agency work/proposals to clients
  • Strong collaboration skills with a knack for bringing thoughts and people together
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients to support communication through strategy building and requirements gathering
  • Negotiate with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns through data collection and advise the team on what metrics and details are needed in client-facing reports
  • Make pitches, along with other agency staff, with the aim of securing new business for the agency
  • Arrange and attend meetings as needed

Job Requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • 2+ Years experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media marketing
  • Experience with creating multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Passionate about digital marketing and translating client needs into digital strategy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creative thinker and data-driven

In this hybrid role, you’ll have the opportunity to exercise a high level of autonomy and self-direction. Employees who are working remotely are expected to be available and communicative during scheduled work hours. In addition, employees working under a remote working arrangement may be expected to come on-site for periodic meetings and interactions with clients, management, or other work-related needs.

  • B2B/industrial marketing experience
  • Leadership experience (project management, team management)
  • Working knowledge of Drupal and WordPress content management systems
