Grover Corporation, a longtime Top Floor Client decided to consolidate its Milwaukee and Texas operations in Glendale, WI and then expand its global business there. This created a unique challenge for Grover in needing to fill 40 new positions quickly.

Top Floor stepped in to create a new Careers Microsite that would speak to top talent with an updated design, beautiful imagery and messaging geared towards the type of employees Grover values. Additionally, Top Floor was able to streamline its processes and get the website designed, developed and launched in under 45 days.

The Results
Since the launching of the new website, there have been over 220 job submissions through the website. Grover continues to grow and has ongoing job openings, so it’s also important that traffic continues to grow past the initial hiring event. Since launch, traffic continues to grow month to month. Today, traffic has grown over 50% since the hiring events traffic spike.
