The Challenge

OTCO approached Top Floor Technologies with the opportunity to re-design their Website, help drive more qualified visitors to the Website, and increase online lead generation. In addition, Top Floor’s Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign experts were given the task of improving the efficiency and results of OTCO’s PPC marketing campaign.

The Solution

OTCO selected Top Floor Technologies to design their corporate Website and implement a strategic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) program. Later, in the fall of 2008, Top Floor took over the management of OTCO’s PPC advertising campaign and began an initiative to improve the campaign’s performance.

Top Floor’s PPC experts carefully analyzed campaign data, paying specific attention to the click-through rate and conversion rate of keyword phrases. Strategic improvements were made to the campaign via keyword refinement, modification of ad text, and the addition of negative keywords. These changes were made with the objective of improving the Google “Quality Score” for OTCO’s ads, in an effort to reduce their cost per click and generate more contacts.

OTCO has experienced significant ongoing improvements in campaign results. Comparing September of 2008 (the month before Top Floor began managing the campaign) with March of 2009, OTCO’s leads generated via PPC increased an impressive 260%. In addition, Top Floor’s refinements to the campaign increased OTCO’s click-through-rate by 60%. Best of all, these improvements were generated without a single dollar of increased budget. In fact, Top Floor was able to reduce OTCO’s cost per lead from PPC by a staggering 80%.
