The Challenge
The wide use of online marketing strategies by local dealers had allowed Generac to experience a fierce competition with other power products manufacturers. As a result, Generac was faced with a decrease in direct leads, loss of control over brand representation and an increase in advertising costs due to dealer bidding wars.
