Super Products has been a client of Top Floor since 2008. Their original website was built in 2010 in the ModX platform and due to rapid increase in mobile users, both teams recognized the need for a more responsive website. The challenges included: need for a responsive design, updated content management system for easy editing, more organized content, creating a better user experience, increase awareness and conversions in a niche market (downloads of educational materials).
There were several reasons for the redesign of the website. Most importantly, because of the increase in web visits from mobile devices, it was vital to update to a mobile-friendly design to help the end user access the site via all devices. Additionally, the updated website design would help Super Products stand out and make a winning impression with customers, distributors, reps and employees.
As a result of the newly mobile friendly and organized website, search traffic has essentially doubled year over year, and conversions have more than doubled, while the cost per click has actually decreased. Throughout the transition from old website to new, we were able to keep organic traffic stable, and actually increase site session duration as well as a decrease in bounce rate.
