The Challenge:
First Bank Financial Centre is a true hometown bank, with a vested interest in the communities they serve, and they want their website to reflect that fact. FBFC was looking to create a unique site in their industry to increase their potential audience and attract all demographics, while creating a less complicated user experience. Integration of important online portals was essential to provide visitors with the information and access they require. A user-friendly content management system is also critical as staff needs the flexibility to make site updates regularly.
The Solution:
Based on the goals and opportunities uncovered with FBFC during the discovery process, Top Floor recommended extensive wireframe development for both desktop and mobile versions of the pages. We also provided expert research and implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy to improve the organic Search Engine rankings for high-value keyword targets. A unique feature of the site is the "About You" tool which allows a visitor to answer a few questions about their financial goals and receive recommendations based on their answers. From there, they can share that information with others, open an account online, or contact a branch manager with the particulars of their recommendation.

First Bank Financial Centre now has a completely responsive website, with a modern, fresh look and feel.
