About Your Role at Top Floor
As the digital marketing consultant, it is my job to be deeply aware of both Top Floor's marketing capabilities as well as our customers marketing needs and goals as they relate to the ever-evolving landscape of online marketing.
My experience in the industry coupled with Top Floor's expert team of digital marketing specialists allows me to properly align Top Floor's abilities with our client's needs and really elevate their results.
Why You Got Into Marketing
I love people. And I love the process, logic and psychology that goes into understanding what triggers people to make certain decisions at certain times throughout their life.
Gary Vaynerchuk says, "Marketers ruin everything." Meaning wherever people's eyes and ears are, you're going to find marketers in that space trying to get their attention.
Some organizations are better than others at captivating and retaining buyers' attention. I think it's as simple as making sure you're always providing the most value to the specific person you are marketing to and communicating that effectively on the right media while maintaining that human element.
The fun part is, it never stops changing and I love moving targets!
What Attracted You to Top Floor
The overall atmosphere and level of professionalism that Top Floor embodies is what drew me in. My associates are kind, friendly, funny and extremely supportive and helpful. Everyone pulls their weight while working collectively as a team towards the same goal of elevating our clients', the company's, and their personal results.
Associates Degree in Communication from University of Wisconsin Waukesha and soon an Associates in Graphic Design and Web Media from Rasmussen College.

What You Most Like Doing in Your Free Time
Spending time with my fiance and trying to make her go fishing (open water and ice), hunting (deer) and hiking with me. Mostly anything outdoors, especially off the beaten path.
Most Meaningful Accomplishment [Personal or Professional]
So far, I'd have to say taking the risk to develop my own GPS hunting app for mobile devices. It feels good to not just "have an idea" and never wonder, "what if" or "what could have been." Additionally, taking the plunge to go back to school when I was 25 has helped with that endeavor and will soon be added to the list of accomplishments.
