Integrated Marketing: So Easy a Caveman Can Do It

Have we branched too far?  Have we siloed our marketing team? Have we stopped working together?

An integrated marketing mix means strategy can't be siloed  

Marketing departments need to depend on each other. You cannot have a successful social strategy without a successful content strategy and vice versa. Siloed marketing just won't cut it anymore.

Don't have a mobile or social or search or content strategy; have a marketing strategy. Focusing on a one channel strategy leads to channel blindness and lost opportunity.

By working together to ensure a fully integrated marketing strategy, we can ensure that we are utilizing each channel to its full potential to create a larger impact and achieve greater success for our campaigns.

Achieving transparency in your team

In-house marketing departments and external marketing agencies need to work together to establish a completely transparent relationship. In a well functioning integrated marketing team, each person or group has a specific responsibility, all working together on one goal, to ensure successful marketing initiatives. 

By enabling a completely transparent cross-channel relationship, from ad spend to data to ideation, marketing teams will be able to make more informed decisions and achieve greater results. We're better together!

Break down the silos -- and reap the results

In the ever changing marketing world, marketing teams need to continue to work closely together to ensure successful campaigns and identify new opportunities for growth.
